Large glass panes and doors opened up the house to the curated new landscape outside and the outdoor lounge now seems like an organic extension of the interior. Wood siding is another major feature that defines the house gives it a distinct façade and also keeps the timeless Eichler appeal intact.
The multi-level house uses windows in an efficient fashion to improve both the smartness of the interior and to give it a more airy open appeal. Large sliding and folding glass doors connect various rooms with the large deck and pool area that becomes the new ‘social zone’ of the private home.
At the core of its design is a neutral color palette crisp design warm décor additions and plenty of natural light – features that make it so very distinctly Scandinavian. It is light gray and white that form the backdrop with pops of blue and green adding color to the setting in different rooms.
