A neutral color palette coupled with French honey-colored limestone shapes the new light-filled living area kitchen and dining space. It is additions like the Tom Dixon pendants in black along with the ornate gold-framed mirrors and glittering accessories that give the London residence a fresh yet timeless aura.
Contemporary homes are all about simplicity of form frugality and a certain minimalism that is reflected by the use of simple geometric shapes and clean straight lines. The form of a ‘cube’ is undoubtedly the most popular in this regard and in Lima Peru is one such residence where uncomplicated modern design holds sway. Nestled in a neighborhood filled with homes from the 1950s and overlooking a public park this outstanding family house is shaped and defined by a sense of individuality and privacy.
Sometimes it’s all about the view and a home has to live up to the scenery that surrounds it! Set on the idyllic coast of England this exquisite modern residence was once an old bungalow that was in need of an urgent and refreshing transformation.

This was accomplished using a combination of raw textures and wood along with a neutral backdrop and pops of bright color.

At the core of this design are two simple rectangular volumes with the lower unit holding the living areas and the top block containing the private spaces.
